Family Law
MVLS represents victims of domestic violence in divorce and custody cases.
Pro Bono (Free) Private Attorney Involvement Project
MVLS also coordinates a panel of private attorneys who donate their legal services (“pro bono”) in uncontested divorces, simple wills, bankruptcy and SSI/SSDI terminations.
Consumer Law
We provide representation in mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcies if you own your home.
Elderly
MVLS represents people 60 years old or older with any of the above-mentioned problems or whose problems concern nursing homes, physical abuse, or foreclosures.
